Dementia Care

William Cape Gardens contains a secure dementia specific care area.

All residents in the dementia area have single rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Secure garden areas are accessible from the wing which encourage exercise and provide stimulation. Sensory gardens have been designed to provide smells and texture that stimulate the residents’ senses and promote meaningful activities.

As always the needs of our dementia residents are met with compassion and respect.
