Our Management Team

Kerry is Chief Executive Officer of Cranbrook Care. Kerry directs all aspects of the business at the corporate and facility levels. This includes strategic planning, financial management, property development, executive and facility management. Kerry has 19 years experience in the health industry and holds a Masters in Business Administration.

 

Paul Selmes, Director of Care Services

Paul is directly responsible for the day to day running of William Cape Gardens. He is responsible for the overall quality of care provided to residents and oversees the operational aspects of the facility including providing a high standard of senior management leadership for staff, clinical expertise, financial management, human resource management and leading innovative care practices. Paul has seventeen years experience in aged care including operations and facility management roles. Prior to entering aged care, Paul worked as a Registered Nurse. Paul has general and intensive care, psychiatric, geriatric and palliative care experience giving him an holistic approach to the care of residents at William Cape Gardens.

 

 

Cheryl Wright, Administration & Client Services Manager

Cheryl is responsible for administration and client services at William Cape Gardens. As part of her role Cheryl aims to make the transition to aged care a smooth one for residents and their families. In this role Cheryl provides an honest and open relationship with all stakeholders to ensure good relations between staff, management, residents and the local community. In 2008 Cheryl was honoured for her work with residents and their families by receiving an Australian Government Community Service Award. In 2009 Cheryl was nominated for a Minister for Ageing award for “Excellence in Aged Care”. Cheryl has over five years experience in aged care.
